I asked the question on the facebook group and was told that the hotened uses Mk8 nozzles with an M6 thread.

Hi everyone,
I would like to try printing with higher resolution than a 0.4mm nozzle. I have seen nozzle kits that have nozzles from 0.1 - 0.5mm but I have no idea if these would work with the hotend on my A30. What kind of hotend does the A30 use? Is it a Bowden MK6? And what kind of extruder ...

I don't think you can because octopi is sending raw gcodes to your printer one at a time. The controller in the printer is not actually in control of the printing process itself.
