there are a lot of things which could be wrong;
does the bed wobble when you try to move it from left to right?
does the bed move freely from front to back?
is the Z end stop set correctly?

is "Origin at center" ticked in the printer settings? If it is, untick it.

Print a set of these to prevent the bowden tubes from backing out of the fittings.

I had a similiar problem with an ender 3.
Turns out the gantry uprights weren't parallel.
A quick re-adjustment and alignment of the printers base on a good flat surface (granite counter top) took care of the issue.

make sure the bowden tube is fully seated in the hot end.
