As in ask Geeetech? Is there a recommended way to contact them? I was under the impression the forum was the recommended way to do it. Sorry, new to all this.

It was purchased on Amazon. Surely the problem is with the manufacture rather than the amazon seller though? Can Geeetech not send me replacement parts? I'd rather not have to dismantle it all and return it.

Badly Cut Acrylic

I've been assembling my prusa i3 pro b and found that the frame was getting pulled off square. When I looked at what was causing it I discovered that the "acrylic left frame" and "acrylic right frame (parts A2 & A3) were badly cut so that the edge was not square with the face of the panels, but cut ...
