I have the same issue here! brand new A30 and the Fans are very loud.
Also the Panel where you can set up the Fanspeed is not working.
So i check the Fans inside the Box and think there are 12V Fans operating on 24V. To deal with this i solder some resitors serial insde each Fans Kabel. So Fans are ...
