Found another problem too.
the bearings in the pulley at the top of the y-axis belt was warn out too. see pic below.
I dont have the instructions/parts catalogue. The link to it on the forum was also dead.

can I have the pars number for this bearing aslo + a link to the instructions?

Do you sell ...

The print speed was 50
The voltage is just above 1,1v

-what card? and what is to be lubricated?

I have before the print lubricated the steel rods

Picture is take from the front (over the LCD screen). So you see the movement away from the Y-axis. This is a mechanical fault of some kind, not the slicing or drawing.

If I print a small dice, aprox. 2x2x2 cm in center it is ok. but when I print any other figure that has a larger ...

the ball-bearings at the ends of the arms holding the extruder & fan (which moves around when printing).
These seem to be worn. There is a little slack when I wiggle them.

G2 pro - warn bearings in the link-arms

Where can I get new bearings or complete arms for my Delta G2 pro?
Can I change only the ends with the bearings (with the screw/bolt into the axis-mounts and extruder-mount)? :roll:

thx for swift reply, William.

No, its not loose. It just 'skipping' when printing.
it starts off fine. Good first layers. Then when printing you can hear a slight 'tick' noise. Its like its skippes a step. Then you see the print is failing, with the Y axis down one-two steps more then the others ...

I have bougth a used G2 pro, and have some belt slipping issues also. I have tried increasing the voltage to 1,0-1,1v on the drives, measured on GRD and the adjustments screw (some forums suggest negative elsewhere, but I my reading is from GRD on the actual board).
This sorted the Z axis. And i got ...
