Found another problem too.
the bearings in the pulley at the top of the y-axis belt was warn out too. see pic below.
I dont have the instructions/parts catalogue. The link to it on the forum was also dead.
can I have the pars number for this bearing aslo + a link to the instructions?

The print speed was 50
The voltage is just above 1,1v

These seem to be worn. There is a little slack when I wiggle them.

No, its not loose. It just 'skipping' when printing.
it starts off fine. Good first layers. Then when printing you can hear a slight 'tick' noise. Its like its skippes a step. Then you see the print is failing, with the Y axis down one-two steps more then the others ...

I have bougth a used G2 pro, and have some belt slipping issues also. I have tried increasing the voltage to 1,0-1,1v on the drives, measured on GRD and the adjustments screw (some forums suggest negative elsewhere, but I my reading is from GRD on the actual board).
