I like to know, why Geeetech didn't made it possible to control fan speeds of chassis fan and extruder fan?
The GT2560 V4 has 4 fan connectors with 3 seperate pwm pins.
J30 is wired to the part cooler and is adjustable. Ok so far.
J31 could be wired to the printhead, but the wire at the connector ...

Take a look at the backside of the mainboard. I can't believe that it's possible to flash a bootloader using the 9pin header. To me it looks like it is to connect x,y,z max endstops.

I found a very easy way for me to flash a new firmware to this board using the Geeetech (Smatto) Firmware Upgrador from the Geeetech Download Area ;)
