Z Axes step motor issue

Hello to everyone,
I build my 3d printer following this yt series (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BPfFqApdCfk&feature=youtu.be&list=PLODCkot3GriiomwOYGZslsb_DPNh3KWgj) but I have an issue with Z axes step motor.
When I turn on my 3d printer and I go to Prepare > Move Axis > Move 1 mm > Move Z both ...
