what can I do to use the warranty?

My Extruder making noise and don't move after a few printing time.
After cleaning the PLA and start the printing the first layer generally goes well, but after the noise is starting and I see the motor is struggling.

So I am trying my first printing with the calibration cube and I find some adjustments to do...
And also I have to understand why the printer has some difficulty to finish like the extruder don't have the strength to pull ...

Which firmware should I use :
Marlin? Ramps? Sanguin ? 3d touch...?
