I have the same problem, after the upgrade the second extruder does not work. Mix yes. Have you found a solution to modify the configuration of Marlin 2.0.5.3?
I use Prusa Slicer. Verta's FW is working, but they're not stable.

I want to change the drivers so I need to change the marlin source files.

Where can I find the download source files for A10M GT2560V3 +BLTOUCH

I found a solution to the damaged thermistor. Today I made this adjustment on my A10M. It must be switched to the E0 thermistor to the E1 thermistor and make a small modification of the FW and everything is functional again. I'll give a better description tomorrow. Sorry for my English.
