Is it possible to remove the teflon tube from nozzle end? Or how I remove the nozzle? Video in youtube has machine that is different than mine.

So how i remove the teflon tube? Will I pull hard or do I need to do something first?

I have problem with filament. Its broken somewhere inside the printer in white tube that leads to nozzle.
How I get it out. Video in YouTube where u replace the nozzle has different nozzle. My printer is bit different. my printer looks like this.
