Board has two led on but not 3

Checked voltage from power supply, voltage good. Main board I do not see and burns but it smells burned. How do I get a warranty one?

I am also unable to connect VIA USB after the failure.

I do not have all three lights

I have a month and a half old A20. I was running a print last night and it just quit. Now when I try to home the axis only the X axis moves. I also has a small amount of smoke and strong smell. Settings stay when using Repetier Host. SO problem seems to be in Cura Version 4.5 that I have.

I am using Cura 4.5. I set the temps in cura and it changes. I tried uploading a video but it will not allow me to. Please provide an email adress and I can try sending to that. Thanks for your help

I have two printers. Both do this annoying thing where I set the temp I want in cura, send the job via USB, the display shows the set temperature I chose but as soon as the job starts, the printer reverts to the default 215/55 PLA temp. Please help its REALLY annoying.
