I know how to solve this problem. Basically, try doing any connection or disconnection between the Arduino and voice module while the power is off.
Specifically, try:
1. disconnect TX, RX and Ground of the voice module
2. upload your code to Arduino
3. disconnect Arduino from power
4. connect back ...
