Hi All - finally found the fix - just needed to lower the acceleration parameters to be lower than what is shipper with marlin 2.0.

yes - both z motors moved when running v1.4 or marlin - im trying to move to v2.0.5 of marlin to improve printing quality. This is what makes me thing its firmware related, but I cannot narrow the issue down.

HI - I don't really have a model it a diy build, mixing a cheap china prusa style frame and components, but its a gt2560 rev a controller board. I haven't connected the motor up to the rods yet - when i encountered the issue, i removed the rods to test the electronics. They were working on v1 or ...

z motors will not move together but will on own
I've built my printer am running a gt2560 rev a board. The z motors work on their own, but when i connect them both at the same time - the stop and jammed up grinding. They were working fine on marlin v1.1, they have stopped after an upgrade to marlin v2. Any help appreciated
