Throw it on a decent board like a Duet3D and do some basic testing via the usual process
- Set Z=0
- Raise Z+10
- execute G31 S-1 to report probed trigger

Hi Comrie,
If your Multimeter capable, I'd be checking Voltages and current.
You can try running a PID tune on the Hotend but it is more likely the thermistor so hold your multimeter on that while it is running and see what happens.

I have a couple of A10m's and my first A10T arrived a week or two ago.
Spending some time with it, I have noted that the Y 2040 piece has been drilled incorrectly causing a skew moving on the Y axis of around 2mm per 100m.
