I can't believe this 'open source' thing: no source code for the firmware, yet disguised by 'open source', no documenation, no official support from vendor.

I downloaded firmware_tool_v2.0 and double click 'main.exe' , nothing happens. No error but the tool simply doesn't open or start; i'm on win 10 professional.

does anyone else has seen this?
