hi.
A20M suddently stopping the print with error "thermal runaway"
i see the temperature in display are jumping some times up to 40 degrees C.
215 deg.C keeps many minutes, but then suddendly jumping
from 215 deg. to 195 then to 240 deg. C, then back to right 215 deg.
what idea? thermal sensor ...

hi.
problem caused myself.
i used a screw who are too long to fix the housing of the hotend.
so the screw hits the hotend board and produces a short circuit with permanent heating the heater...
stupid i was... sy.

hello.
big problem: during printing an object suddenly the hotend increases the temperature over the printing temperature (220deg.C) up to 345 degrees celsius.
the two heater keeps always active and are permanently heating, also after stop of printing.
i'm afraided a burning printer...

A20T - T-series - please improve MIXER RATIO
hello.
ok, i know, there is a program named color-mixer. but the mixer function in the T-models are not user friendly and incomplete.
in M-series (2 colors) each mixer ratio E0 to E1 is selectable. 2:98, 15:85 etc.
in T-series (3 colors) it is NOT possible to set the ratio for EACH extruder, E0 ...

the hotends of the M series (2 colors) and T series (3 colors) are not really good an often clocking and blocking filaments...
the reason is the change of filament flox of 90 degrees twice in the heatblock until the filament is coming out to the nozzle.

hi.
1) i cannot flash with usb. using cura no flashing is possible, the printer is not found. (other geetech printers no problem.) only this.
2) lcd is down. no signs are shown. only empty lighted screen....
questions:
a) any idea?
b) is flashing firm with sd card impossible with geeetech ...

A20T gt2560 V4.1.
nozzle temp. in Display shows 133 to 134 deg celsius. always.
if the hotend cable is unplugged or temp. sensor is broken, the temp. on display normally shows -14 deg. C on other geeetech printers.
this one always same temp 134 deg.
i changed nozzle sensor, the same result ...

hi.
i use cura 4.9.1. and geeetech A20m.
the prints are stopped shortly befor the print is completed. mostly 97 to 98 finished.....
i found no solution...
any idea??

und niemand scheints zu interessieren.... sollte doch nicht so schwer sein für leute die dauernd damit arbeiten....
