Geeetech

I have connected correctly, as i had it working prior to it not working.
As shown in the image attached, both the red and orange line remain illuminated at all times? i am unsure on what this means?
The software on my computer indicates that data is not sent and received from the module?
Any help ...

I have recently purchased the Geeetech Voice recognition module , but i have encountered a problem now. The red light is no longer blink but remains on. The orange light is also on and not blinking. I also can not send or receive data from the module. Can you please advise me on what to do or how to ...
