Z axis has ? flashing

When I power on an tell it to priont from SD car.
The A10M beeps, then the temp starts to rise.

Then I see the Z axis flashing a ?

Then the following message:

Heating failed

PRINTER HALTED
Please reset.

I have reset power several times, and it does the same thing.

What is eeprom initialize do?

I just took off the sensing of filament and loaded a different model, all is good again
