Pre-loaded boards?

I'm just curious, but considering the number of people who seem to be in the same situation as I am, ie. having a real hard time loading the firmware, drivers, etc. has Geeetech ever considered selling their kits ( or boards ) pre-loaded ( and tested obviously ) to alleviate this problem? That would seem to be a logical and probably simple fix. I have a back ground in design and graphic arts, but I am not what you would call "computer literate" and this whole procedure is confusing at best as the information provided is very vague for someone like me. I finished my i3 Acrylic build 4 days ago and since then, it has sat idle as I try to decipher and wrap my head around the whole "loading" procedure. And judging from the posts on the forums, I'm not alone. I've watched the tutorials, followed the "wiki" instructions etc. and I can't even get my particular board to pop up in the list available in Arduino. A clear, concise, step by step set of instructions would go a long way, but pre-loaded would be even better!

Yes, we will pre-load firmware before we send to our customers. But we have to admit that there is a set of printer uploaded with wrong firmware because of our staff's caselessness. We sincerely apologize for that.
