2.8 Inch TFT LCD with SD card/Touch Panel HY-280_262k

Is there a way to change the interface mode of this LCD from 16-bit to 8-bit? Or is it hard wired to 16-bit? My fault, I only now realized that I won't be able to simultaneously use the SD card function with an Arduino Uno.

Swaping the R1 with R2 on the LCD FPC can change to 8-bit mode.
