Filament stuck - Delta g2s

Hi all,

I had a filament stuck somewhere near the heat block. It does not go forward (the printer is printing "empty", no PLA), and does not goes back. I cannot remove it manually either...

I was able to take the nozzle out, and it is clear, so, the filament is not getting there.


I don't know what to do... Any help, please?
