I just build my new i3 pro C (dual extruder) together with my 3 sons - a team project.

We had great fun and progress (worked through the little hick-ups and very much enjoyed the tips / tricks / info from all of you we found in the forum. THX.).
BUT now my gang of young engineers and i would like to see the machine work and print our first pieces to show the world ... - we are facing a (hopefully final) major issue - and need HELP.
I would greatly appreciate your support on the following:
Machine mechanics seems to be fine (all build and motors work - e.g. can control manually via repetier).
BUT temperature for the 2 extruder and the heat bed show 0 on the actual measurement while setting shows as adjusted. I.e we can set the temperature, but none of the heaters heat up. In fact the temp readings do not even show room temp. We e.g. see 0/65 or 0/215 all the time. I was expecting something like 20/65 before heating starts (i.e show the room temp as start) and then 65/65 in heated operation for the heat bed?!
Since all the temp readings are the same (0) and i would be surprised all sensors (thermistors) are defect same time - could there possibly be a setting issue in the firmware? (Any updated firmware?)
Did you have seen a similar problem before? We would very much appreciate any hint.
Thx
Greetings, Dad and 3 sons in need of your help
(Just to put our pressure to succeed in perspective: Mom is already nervous that we might spend too much time and will not ever get to print any of the great things we promised.)
