printer will not work properly

I was told to post the problem that i am having with my printer here. so here it is. It will not move up and down it will move back and forth. if I plug the up and down motors in to the back and forth spots on the board they work. I tried to do a software update it didn't help. any help THANKS

hi,I don't think it's the firmware's problem,maybe the hardware's problem.First of all,you should check your X axis motor's wiring connection.

Thanks for the reply. I have tried every thing. I was told to post here so the company didn't have to take care of defective product. Telling me to post here is easier the handling the problem. I have bought a new control board and it all works fine. not sure i would ever buy from this company again.

how do I get them to do that. That is what I would like a NEW ONE. or can i send it back and you can tack a look.
