Good morning.
I just bought a Geeetech i3 Pro C that I'm assembling. I also bought 5 drv8825 that I would like to install. On the file I was sent by Geeetech for the assembly I wrote that to install on the board the drv8825 I have to remove two of the three jumper and that the printer only works with one extruder. Is this the procedure I have to follow? Or do I leave the three jumper and replace only the drivers? Will both extruders work?
Thank you
Geeetech i3 Proc C install DRV8825

Re: Geeetech i3 Proc C install DRV8825
I have had a debate on facebook about removing the jumper or changing the steps per mm in the firmware.
I believe the correct way is to remove the jumpers and yes the second extruder will work, the instructions are generic for all the i3's
ie single extruder models
