support for purchase for purchase from aliexpress

I just received an A30 and can't get it to work. Who should I be trying to get support from "Geeetech official Store on aliexpress" or this Geeetech site?

Could you tell what happened?Please give me more details to analyse it.

Several people responded. The connector inside the control box was not in place. Thanks for responding.
