It seems the NET.3.5 framework install not correct lead this issue

I have two computers (a desktop and a laptop) both have NET 3.5 installed and neither will download the new version of EASYPRINT 3D. I think the problem may be on your end. Is there a direct download link?

I have Downloaded the Easi Print 3D software, where are the instructions to reflash the firmware to my printer? I have the i3 Pro W, banggood's CS sent me here... so now what?!

You can update firmware with EasyPrint follow these steps:

I don't know if you are still having problems like these, BUT....I was having the same issues and it was a very simple fix. I just manually updated Visual C++ Redistribute for Visual Studio 2015 Update 3 x86 and x64, rather than letting the EasyPrint installer try to do it for me. It seems as though my copy of Visual C++ wasn't installed correctly and it was interfering with how EasyPrint ran. And the EasyPrint installer doesn't really install it correctly, so if you manually do it yourself and THEN install EasyPrint3D 1.2.6, then I think this will solve your problem...it solved mine and I was having the exact same messages.

Hello everyone. is it possible to have a version of easyprint also for mac os x Sierra operating system? I've been searching for several days and I haven't found any official version of the application,
