Can we install a second extruder on the printer prusa i3 pro b.
If yes how thank you in advance cordially

Yes you can, but apart from the mechanical and electrical installation, you need to change in Malin as well. So, unless you are familiar with that part (Marlin and the Arduino IDE) you should not do it. I don't have clear instructions, but it is pretty straight forward for people who are familiar with programming Arduino or changing in Marlin.

Of course you need to buy a new extruder if you want a dual extruder and not have one already, but you don't need to buy a new controller, only add a driver for the second extruder motor and modify the firmware so that it can handle dual extruder.
