Autolevel not straight, First Layers Bad

Hello and thanks fpr your Help.

First of all the machine:



Since weeks is was trying to get a good manual leveling, the i gave up and hoped an Autolevel would help, couse im too stupid...
But no... same Problem with Autolevel.





Is this an construction error of the Printer? Any Tips how to repair that?
