I have had my A20M for almost a month now and I have recently been wondering if there are any locations that need occasional lubrication. For instance, the Z screw may need oil or grease, but what type? Also, do the bearings or extruder and stepper motors need oiling to extend life.
Excuse my ignorance as I am a noob to 3d printers.
A20M Printer Lubrication Needs
Re: A20M Printer Lubrication Needs
Hello.
You are right, that is an important matter.
But there is no point in giving the name of the oil, because in each country the same products may have a different name.
I use oil from large CNC machines for slow-running guides.
From time to time I wipe dry, all linear guides and trapezoidal screws. Then I apply a few drops of oil and move the mechanisms.

On the forum I help to use the rod, I don't give fish.
