I print by having 3mm distance from extruder to the bed, the filament still jam as after few layers.
Note: Please let me have your reason of your suggestion, so that I can understand better what in your mind, to speed up the troubleshooting, not just throw me a suggestion, that I have to work on it without knowing what is that for. I think you are employed by GEETECH, so please get me out of this problem.

The distance between nozzle and hotbed is so low that the filament can't come out from the nozzle. I met with the same problem today.

First layer come out and stick to bed beautifully. I used a piece of paper to do calibration, I am good at it. I have assembled 5 units of Prusa i3, including 4 bought from getech.

Same result, filament is still clogged at the barrel of extruder, it happened to both 2 units that I received 6 months ago, and I have not been able to print anything since received.

I noticed that the new image of MeCreator at the GETECH website has a fan blowing from front to the extruder. The units that I received have fan blowing from behind to the stepper motor. Why is there a change of the fan position, is there any implication to the clogging issue?

I have spent countless hours try to get it right since received the 2 units. Perhaps GETECH should sent me a stone/brick would be better, at least I do not need to waste my time for it.

Besides you telling me how to troubleshoot, is there anyway such as GETECH replace with a proper extruder?

I noticed that the units that I received had not been tested before shipping to me, i.e. it is highly irresponsible not to test before sending, especially to overseas customers as to repair any problems will take very long time and frustration. Your sales department has washed their hand and pass the troubleshooting to this forum which is not effective at all.

Hello, Hello.....
Anybody there? why no reply? I received 2 units of MeCreator more than 6 months ago...but both are junks, not able to print!!
Your sales people already washed their hands...forum administrator also gone missing! I have lost count how many messages I have posted in this forum, but none of the reply, if any, provide meaningful solution. The people who are answering has no clue about the product, and do not have technical knowledge to offer any workable solution.

Sorry for replying you late. We did tested the printer before sending. All the sections are functional.
How about re-uploading the firmware?
