I fule you.... You did not drag all the files into Arduino, you dragged only "Marlin.h".

what do you mean?

all THE files is inside the editor.. HOW i did the update with olny one file ?? and i take success message??

THE UPDATE (REPDATE) was perfect! (i'm a computer engineer and have make many projects with arduino editor!)

LOOK AT THE TOOLBAR ALL FILES IS IN!

Oh, sorry, my bad. My screen is too dark.
Let's check if there is output voltage from extruder slot:
Keep moving the extruder (confirm you have enough time to test the voltage)Please use multimeter to test the AC voltage between GND and any pin of extruder motor slot.

The Step motor in extruder have 4 cabels .. blue,green,black and red (connector)

you want to test GND (from a4988) and one of them ? or all ?

todo that i need to send somethink to print... to have enough time to make the measurement..

Correct?

Any one pin of the connector. You don't need to print something, just raise the temperature properly, and keep moving the extruder by LCD so that you have enough time to test the voltage.

ALL pins give me 0V

i have exghange a4988 with x axis a4988.. i take the same 0V..

i have use GND from pin 1 (gnd) from a4988

Could you please take a photo of how you testing.
And please make sure the extruder motor is working(Altough it is not moving actually, you know what I mean).
