When that one is fired, you should check if you connected something in the wrong direction.
It's not a big deal that the first M7 is fired, but you should be careful, don't conntect anything in wrong direction.

I fixed the M7 diode with a replacement one and still have the same issue with the hot end and fan controller outputs. The voltage across the hot end terminals read 0v and 24.3v across the positive hot end terminal and and main ground. The fan terminals read 3.06v and 18.6v. The activity led is only half lit instead of fully lit like the power source led in the picture attached.
