I actually already replaced the board, in a prior discussion with yourself we concluded that was the problem, i contacted support and they sent a new board, which is now fitted. Could there be something in the Power supply unit giving such an issue??

do you have a 12V PC power? you can use it to verify if the PSU is dead or not.
