Hi.
I had exactly the same problem on another geeetech printer, a 301 delta diamond head.
The crappy plastic stock part had been replaced by a correct 6 $ metallic one from banggood, and every thing was fine.
I spent 15 days testing many other useless solutions.

The solution is really buy an aluminum feeder.
Don't waste your time, material and energy with all tests suggested in this forum.
