Hello, i gave th G2 command which controlls the calibration on the Y axis, this is the script:
G0
X0
Y63
Z2
Then i home the printer and the noise comes up, this only happen when this position.
And the Motors reach the home position actually, sorry i stopped the video early .

I got a new A4988 board and inserted it. I'm now receiving correct voltage across the potentiometer. Yay!
However, now the x axis doesn't move at all.
I've reuploaded the firmware, but still nothing.
Do I need to do anything else?

I did. Any other driver board in the x axis socket works fine. The x axis board in any other socket, does not.
According to what you said before,it is the bad driver indeed.
It is not possible you received another bad one...Did you plug it in a right direction?
You still can swap the new one with other axes' to have a try.

Ok, I've actually measured the voltage on the cable, swapped boards, swapped cables, and the new board isn't supplying voltage to the motor.
Sounds like the replacement board is dead, too. Or am I missing something?

I got a new board, and it works! I was just unlucky enough that the replacement board was also faulty. Thanks for your help.

Your new board means the driver board A4988?
