I have plugged my layer fan to e extruder 2 and pasted @William's the code to the extruder in repetier hist in slicer configuration (M106 P2 S255) Fan is starting strait away after starting the printer, how do I modify this code and where I should place it to switch the fan on after 3rd layer?

You can edit it on slice software. Then it will work

i think Indeed the layer fan must be doled out into firmware to be worked effectively by slicer, not physically.
As I can't modifie it without anyone else's input, Could you give a firmware form that would dole out T1 Pwm attachment to layer fan (as it is anything but difficult to do with Marlin on arduino)
