Hello,
so today I have received already spare heating element and in this case it seems to be OK, no connection between leads and housing. Seems that I really had just bad luck for two non compliant pieces. I have already the plastic distances for the board but first I will try to isolate the holes using plastic washers for TO220 transistors. If these fits in the holes, I would not need to drill larger holes in the frame. All I need now is to have some spare time to do it. Lots of other work these days

Hello,
Make a reclamation of the two previous exemplars.
If they are damaged they should be replaced immediately.
Head up, it will only be better.
