Try disconnecting all stepping motors, if that does not help disconnect the stepping motor drivers. On some devices it also happened that a fuse blows because of a defective stepping motor driver. Check if the mainboard has a fuse. Sometimes fuses are soldered on. With a multimeter such a fuse can be tested for throughput.

Is the bed on with the sticky pad or are u using the clips? Clips can short things out as well. There’s a fuse on the board have u checked it, like haro suggests? And all connections.

Trying to get a new control board sent out to me. I have explained whats going on to a geetech support agent. If i replace the board and it still does not work not sure what to do next... Is it possible the small board that the fans/extruders hook up to went bad? Try to find a friend with a multi meter to figure this out...

You're right! In my case it was the PSU who give only 8 v instead of 24V.
I have been doing the job entierly olone.
Nobody in the staff give me hand in french!!!
I Was first thinking it was the MB beacause the screen still lighting and leads on the bord too.
After changing the MB---> exactly the same picture!!!
So I bought a multimeter and check the PSU output
Next I change it and evrything goes well so far wiht my first MB.
