According to the description in the picture, in order to connect the 24V power supply, the pads 1 and 2 must be separated.
The voltage is connected to pads 2 - 3.

Is your printer connected to H-B in this way :?:

Yes, both heat beds are connected like this. Pad 1 is free, Pad 2&3 are connected.
