I'm sorry but the hot end is not covered.
To be sure I removed the motor from the extruder and the motor failure continues.
What other problem can there be with my printer?
Thank you!
Maybe the drive voltage is too low, you can test it, or try to swap the drive with other axesQQ图片20150914174428.png
The picture shows the driver A4988, you need to check your driver
The driverr voltage is 0.82V. I also tried swapping it for another axis controller, but it still crashes in the extruder motor.

I already calibrated the drivers (Technical support told me the values) but no luck, so i had to bring the printer to them, they did some checks and printed a calibration cube without problems..
But then when i wanted to print something back at home, same issues, nozzle gets jams after a few minutes..
At the end, they told me that its related to the filament im using, so i bought another brand of filament, and same problem..
Now im gona try using another nozzle a 0.2mm to check if that helps with this situation.
But again if anyone can help me with the configuration of CURA (or any other software for the I3 Pro B) that would be great so i can be sure that my issues are not related to CURA config parameters.
Thanks!!

Tried with the new 0.2 nozzle and printed fine for half an hour, then the filaments just stops flowing again...

It is recommended that you check whether the feeder is too tight and the consumables cannot enter normally, which can be adjusted by this knob.

Ok, first of all many thanks William for your help, its really supper appreciated!!
This is a picture of the knob:
Just to add that the filament never broke inside, in fact, when the filament stops flowing and i have to cancel the print, i open the program repetier/host, to heat the nozzle, then when it reachs a temperature of 210° i just use the manual control in the program to get 10 filament out, then i choose 50 filament in and the filament starts to be consumed without issue and the flow starts again from the nozzle. (also im attaching a picture of how i see the filament if i take it out)

It is recommended that you clean the hot end and nozzle, if not, it is recommended to replace a hot end

I have the same problem that you describe. Perform as many tests as possible to find me the root of the problem and found that the fault is coming from the board signal.

Hello, I also have the same problem. In my case the printer is new. I received the same 7 days ago. After 30 minutes it starts to get stuck and the filament stops coming out.
