It meens that Tthe SIM card is not inserted。so you‘d check that do you plug it up well，or is the cardconnector broken

I measured all soldered connections simconector to sim900 and everything is soldered well, the picture shows the measured values certifying that the connector and soldered connections are ok, there remains the error in SIM900,
