I have the firmware, but what do I do with it? I downloaded it and unzipped it but no direction .

I can connect to printer. but no movement in manual and the extruder and bed do not heat.

Did you turn on the printer?
The extruder motor can not move unless the temperature of extruder is more than 175 degrees.

Yes the printer was on. Previously there was info on the lcd screen, this time the screen is now blank. Repetier shows connected. I tried turning on extruder and bed but nothing heats. I turned on the extruder and bed last time but never heated.
