I am having the same problem when trying to us both extruders.

Is the firmware fixed yet. I just downloaded and uploaded the November Firmware... but, dual extruder problem is still there.

When can we expect a fix?

FYI: I purchased my G2s back in July 2015, I really like it. Took a bit to get it to work correctly... but, it does perform very well.

Thanks is advance...

which one did you download? and your printer is G2S or G2S pro? I'll test it with my G2S pro.

I downloaded G2s for the plastic G2s machine... NOT the firmware for the metal version G2s.

Ok... to clarify... you said that you "updated" it.

Does that mean that I should use the one for the plastic machine again... since it's been updated...
or should I download the one for the metal machine and use it?

Please be specific.

Hi. Today I also have started to see this behaviour after some time of no issues printing.

I have metal G2S Pro and currently only using extruder 1 (2 is not in use).

When hitting manual extrude in repetier all 3 axis begin to move up and no extrusion occurs. I have re-downloaded the firmware and see no difference, all axis still move when trying to extrude??

did you home the printer before move the extruder? if not then it will behave like this.
