Good morning, Mark, it was a very diplomatic answer, but I understand it 
I found a schematic diagram of the processor plate and yet it seems that the circuit design is not critical in terms of supply voltage, currently i set PSU voltage to 13.1 volts and bed heating are significantly improved.
