If you did,check the connection between the endstop and the endstop's connector on the motherboard.

the sensor receives 9 v . the sensor signal is sent to the Z min signal with 4.5 V and ground is connected to ground of the power supply.

And what you mean "don't match",was it a wrong one?

And did you have a wrong connection to plug the Z endstop into the Z_MAX connector?Or you have a broken Z endstop...Have you done this i told you before?Look the following pic:

I have X home and Y home, not Z home.

You mean the Z_min circuit has a problem?And what is the light sensor?Post a pic of your Z axis after you press "home" plz.

Two question:
1.Have you tried to exchange the Z axis its own endstop with another endstop?(Like X axis or Y axis,cuz they are good ones)
Like i said before,but you didn't reply to me if you have done this step.This step is to check if your Z axis endstop was broken:

"That is to say,as you know there are 3 endstops in total(X axis,Y axis and Z axis).I mean you can uninstall the endstop installed the X axis or Y axis before,then install the uninstalled endstop to Z axis's position cuz you said the X and Y axis can home normally."

2.I saw you plugged the 2 Y cables on Z_min,and Y axis don't stop...
On the other hand，i want to ask you,did you have a try to plug the 2 Z cables on X_min or Y_min to see whether Z axis will stop or not????

Hi,
1.I mean you can exchange the endstop switches of Y axis and Z axis each other to see if the endstop switch of Z axis is bad.
2.Check the back of the motherboard if there is a soldering problem in Z_min pin like the following picture shows:
