Good news, that fixed the problem with the Z axis
Bad news, now neither extruder moves.

The seller sent me back to you to figure out why that's happening

When I check the voltage across the stepper drivers they're showing 12v. What should the voltage be?
Hi,
You mean the voltage of which two pins?

Oh! That might be why. I was measuring across gnd and 1B

I'll check it again tonight, what should that voltage be?

No,we don't measure the voltage between the 1B and GND.
We measure the voltage between VDD and GND,and it's 5V.The one across the potentiometer(the little screw in the pic) and GND,it's 0.8-1.2V.

Ok, so from the trim pot to gnd is .85v for all 5 drivers.

I turned the voltage on both extruder drivers up to 1.1v, they still don't spin

Looks like you didn't notice my question.I remerber you said all the motors work fine on your last mainboard. And how could it be on this board? You can connect the extruder motor to other axis to see if it works.Maybe the issue is the motor itself or the motor wire.
Attach a test video if possible. Thanks

I tested a few things this morning -

First was to plug an extruder stepper motor into the X axis wire. It worked. Did the same thing with the 2nd extruder motor, that worked as well.
I then moved the X axis wire to the first extruder plug on the board and tested both motors. Neither moved.
I tried with the Z axis cable, everything worked then as well.
I tried both extruder stepper cables plugged into the X axis plug on the board and using my X axis motor, both cables worked.
I did the same test with the X axis wire in the 2nd extruder plug. Neither motor worked.
I then moved the stepper controller from X to the first extruder spot on the board, neither motor moved.
Did the same test with the X axis controller in the 2nd extruder plug on the board. Neither motor moved
I put the X axis wire back in the X axis plug on the board and left the extruder stepper controller where it was in the X axis socket on the board and tested both extruder steppers, both worked.

So this all tells me the motors are fine, the wires are fine, the stepper controllers are fine, the problem seems to be with the replacement board.
The replacement board is a slightly different configuration than the first, it appears to have been remanufactured based on the bed heater plug not being the same green plug that's used for the extruder heaters and some solder connections have been redone.

Yes,it was remanufactured, the blue connector is for heat bed and the green ones for extruder heater.
Have read your comments carefully,i think you can have a try like this:
Heat up the two extruders to the melting temp, then try moving the extruder motor when it reaches the temp.Cuz i've heard many guys have the same issue as you,and the extruder motor works once they follow the order.
Let me how it goes after you've tried this.
