The burning tool cannot recognize Chinese. so it is recommended to save the firmware separately.
The firmware is burned successfully.
If the screen is still black, you can refresh the UI ： put the UI file（system） into the SD card and insert it into the card slot.
Don't forget to delete other files in the SD card, otherwise it can't be updated.

i tried to update the firmware, like you told me
the mainboard update is ok. when i update the mainboard, the 2 leds on the back of lcd turn off
the lcd update failed. the 2leds on the back ilcd stays on.

in the A30 V2.1.1 firmware update there is 2 files,
the first is UI and there is no mainboard and lcd firmware file.
the second is in chineese, and the bin files of mainboard and lcd is in the file.

I bought the printer on April 15, 2020 , and received it on April 27, 2020
I install it on April 28, then i installed easy print 3D, then i did the firmware update, and then the problems started the same day.
the sd card can no longer be read.
the extruder and the hotbed reached temperature not readed , still zero.
( About ) is empty.
then black LCD screen.
So, i never used this macine yet.

Hi,our machine is usually set with firmware, you don't need to update it.
