Hi Geeetech Team !
Could you please explain what is the advantages/improvements/difference of the GT9 extruder comapring with GT8.

Important question:
What is the reason to mount cooling fan directly to the heating area? This point is very unlear for me. Could you please provide detailed explanation.
Besides, the cooling fan directly faces to operation area. All such special designs ensure better heat insulation as well as finer and more stable printing.
From my point it's quite illogical: the cooler mount plate connected directly to the heating area and can be heated up to the 200+ degrees and what will be with the plastic cooler ?
The another illogoical thing is the metal (aluminum) cooler mount plate will conduct the heat up to the readiator area.

I just can't make my choice.
Thanks,
Igor.

in principle,GT8 andGT9 are almost the same, except some difference in their appearances to meet the aesthetic needs of different customers. The cooling fan on the hot end is used to dissipate heat in case the filament became too soft before they get through the heater, leading to the problem of insufficient pressure.

Sounds not enough convincing.
I would like to hear more detailed explanations of such mount reasons.
Not enough information to make a choice - still not clear.
