Hi!

When i´m trying to print something in the Me Creator, and its printing about 5 minutes or less, the extruder become blocked. I dont know what can i do for this, because i cant print nothing

I'm using ABS at 235ºC, and printing between 40mm/s and 60mm/s

Extruder Jamming is a normal problem and many 3D printers may get this problem, Many reason may result it.

Hi Kpi1986, you are lucky filament blocked after 5 units. My unit blocked after first layer. I need good advice. Wonder any MeCreator sold can print?

Can you manually extrude the filament? If you can ,did you set the correct extrusion width? if its value is to high, that may cause it blocked

I can extrude manually, extrusion width was set correctly. The clogging is caused by filement already melt before reaching the tip of the extruder.

So, ooi888, your Estep is?

My estep is as per default, I did not reload the firmware.

Maybe the default value is wrong. It'd better be 95-100.

my e-step is 95. The filament clogged after 2-3 layers of printing. I received the machine last year, tried very hard to troubleshoot, but still not able to print.

How about increasing the distance between nozzle and hot bed?
