Geetech,
I recently ordered via Amazon one of your Black Acrylic Prusa Mendel I3 8mm 3D printers. Issue # 1,One of the two 370mm smooth rods used for the X axis is out of round or not true. It does not fit into the LM8UU linear bearing for the X axis. The rod that does not fit is 0.325" in diameter, the rod that fits is 0.321" in diameter. The 0.004" is preventing the X rail to be completed. Issue # 2, the PSU (item #74) provided is different from the photo in the "Mounting the PSU" section of the build guide. There are ZERO holes on the PSU large enough to accommodate the M4X12 screws called for in the procedure, nor do ANY of the holes on the right side panel line up with ANY of the holes on the PSU. As such this build is at a stand still until I receive the correct Rod and PSU.

Regards,

Troy

A third issue I discovered today is the power cord. The plug on the end is a two pole plug for a 208vac socket. The United State is a standard with a 3 prong socket as the norm. Thus the cable provided in my kit will not function, I.e. is not of any use.

Troy
